ABOUT LIVENESS
Feminist liveness is a timeline and a moment of connection between humanity individuals. The power of women’s communities network in the connections formed among women, and the charm of social practice performance stages lies in the interactive merging of roles between audience and actors in the performing arts. In the interactive ‘liveness’ on stage, women’s spirit and actions spark and develop, leading and developing to new research directions and discoveries. The creativity and uniqueness of liveness in feminist performance works are filled with immense energy and imagination. At the same time, liveness among women focus attention to female issues, gathering women and marginalized social groups to appeal for individual and societal focus on the challenges faced by marginalized communities and the structure of family and society.
This is particularly behaviour in how performing and visual arts break down language barriers, using body language and emotional connections to express and communicate with one another—especially in areas or tribes with minority languages. This approach eliminates obstacles related to communication and identity backgrounds, fostering dialogue among women and social community from different classes and social environments to amplify the voices of women and marginalized group.
On the other hand, liveness is characterized by its fluctuation, which enhances the anti-fragility of women and marginalized groups. From the fluctuating moments of liveness, every audience and member can explore their own possibilities in imagination, providing the strength to construct self-agency in reality.
